MIND LIES

I heard and read that Lucifer the ex-choir master left the holy of holies with one third of the angels. He led and bred a movement, a rebellion against the king of Kings through one over three of the angels.

I also heard and read that Lucifer the serpent tempted the wife of the first man with an apple. He has bred and spread his venom in the heart of the most priced creations and his surrounding. Hmmm.

This could be why there is always a fault at every turn? The government, the streets, the homes, my next door neighbor, fault filled entities! They never ever get it right. The corrupt government, the wounded streets, the broken homes, and that man that lives next door. I can't stand him nor his character.

Well, I restrain my finger. They all have their struggles. These fallen angels with the name "demons" printed behind their jerseys have ruined it all. The accidents, wars, quarrels, breakups, betrayal, malice. This world, is scarred for life!  As a matter of fact nothing I do yields juicy fruits, all rotten tubers. I meet the worst of people. Egocentric, selfish, lustful, inconsiderate, vagabonding, dishonest species. I think I'm suffering from the "bad things happen to good people syndrome"..

I've searched for peace but do they still have those? Where is the love and rest or the trust and care? If u ask which I found in my selfish pocket, honest answer, none of the above. Instead all I see is hate and unrest or betrayal and hurt. The peace I eventually found were in pieces. They sure work too hard having descended so low, vandalizing the man within man gradually producing empty men. Why on earth are they so strong? Heaven cast outs, aren’t they?

Because I have forgotten. Even though light and life found way into the world again through a man who was crucified at the age of thirty three, when I open my eyes, all I see is black! I must be blind.
The truthful lies sold to me by the capitalist of the earth through this middleman called "my mind" has blinded the eyes of my heart to see the good in people, the progress in the failure, the fragments of loves buried under by years of pain, neglect and anguish. I should have known that my reality was a function of what I believed. I have focused on the limitations of darkness rather than the opportunity of light that brightens my path. I let my middleman swindle me into purchasing my thoughts based on fear, doubt, anxiety, worry and unbelief, making fantastic profit from my ignorance of the fact that only one third left heaven.

I still have two third and the Lion.

DEATH IS FICTION

Why live when we shall all die?
Why the cry when our friends or family die?
Why ask why when they die young?
Why not die and meet them beyond?
Death has got right

Death is simply fiction...

I wrote this some years ago. That day, I remember, the death of someone was in the air, death proved itself to be inevitable once again.

Who in this life hasn't lost somebody to death? In fact, I lost someone last week, and one last month. I even have a friend who is preparing for her grandma's burial this month. We lose some people in their old age and some in their young age.  Some die rich and some poor, some well behaved, and some very stubborn. So I'm sure it's way long a known fact that irrespective of who you are, Mr. Death will get hold of you someday.

Since death is inevitable, I believe everyone should prepare for it. Oh! That's why the statement, live like its your last day, was birthed. In the economics, they call it maximum utility.

When someone dies, one question creeps into my mind always, "who was he?"

The world is getting corrupt the more each passing second, so is man getting selfish. Now life is lived for just self. No one cares to build a name while still alive. Wealth acquisition is obviously encompassing a wide range of space in the hearts of men than having a good name.
The media houses celebrate and preach money owners like they are Christ, and the poor masses acquiesce and gulp it in like it is the message.

This is always a bitter pills to swallow, it is simply the truth.
"Not everyone was created to experience old age."
So I don't cry or mourn because someone dies, but I mourn and pity the world for losing a rare gem; that's if the person is worth crying for.

Don't crucify me, rather look into every word in this article to get life to live.

STOLEN REJECTION

Skywards my bleeding eyes sees

Bleak weather, the goats strolling in their numbers

The birds hovering backwards

Strokes the wind that blows my toga

Alas! I still have a companion.

On whom I fought many wars with kindred spirits

Though my beauty couldn't attract the mermaid

Nobody understands, only then the nightingale sings

Toh! Someone still cares.

Replacing people and cursing my chi

Became my lots, nothing moves me anymore

Then I found love in her

When she said she is lost too.

From my hollow skull

The rhythm of Ikoro glides motion from me

"He dances their coven dance", they said

Yeah! Someone still watches

The chains at my feet and hand

Couldn't rape my smiles,

The moon got scared of its radiance

Playing dodge and shine

Chai! There's still madness in me.

My rejection got stolen

As her nipples steal stealthy my innocent back.

Now rain from same skyward

Wipes my bleeding eyes.

Looking backward her gaiety and naivety graced me

Yes! I still want more life to live.

DEATH IS GAIN (PHIL 1:21)

I just want to be as plain and raw as never.
This is what I've come to believe. It's a fact; a fact untold and unseen. Nobody preached me into the belief, it dawned on me. So do not fight me if you can't see it, just pray for eyes to see, and heart to understand.

I've obviously heard and seen people die. It's always so pathetic to see the loved ones of the deceased cry and wish they could bring back to life the dead, that's if it is always from their heart.

DEATH is simply inevitable. The terrible thing about death most people think is that it comes when one is not expecting it. So they paint DEATH as evil, mutilate her name, and finally pass on the inhumane belief to the next generation.

I asked myself some days back, "Is DEATH actually good or evil?"

DEATH ends lives, yes I know;
It hurts loved ones of the deceased and makes them cry, yes I know;
Where dead people are laid (the mortuary) is the richest place with unfulfilled destinies, yes I know;
It separates two friends for life, yes I know;
It doesn't give someone a second chance to live, yes I know:

But do you also know that DEATH is a good teacher just like life?

Now it sounds awkward right? I will explain, just read on.

When we were little, after being told a story of the death of a step wicked mother or someone who had a bad behaviour or character in a fairy tale, we were always asked what we learnt in the story. I'm sure your guess would be the same as mine what would be the first lesson learnt.

A very vibrant young man I used to know fell and collapsed when he stood up to ask a question in class. It was rumoured that his death was as a result of sleeplessness, he was having very little sleep. It accumulated and knocked him down when he least expected it.
His death made his wife a widow at a very tender age, and made his children fatherless too soon after their existence: yes, true. But most people used that incidence to start checking their Blood Pressures, having plenty of rest just not to become a victim, and some actually learnt that there is nothing to life than having your eyes opened for some few years and then it would be told that "once upon a time, they once lived." Then why the stress?

I don't cry anymore when people die, I rather ask myself a question;

"Did the deceased live to fulfill destiny?"

If a man has fulfilled all that's needed of him, then why still live? He has nothing more to live for, in fact, he is indebted to death; to start a new race. Not everyone will certianly see old age, that's why I laugh at people who pray not to die young; well people pray amiss.

I wonder why people celebrate only those who were stricken in age when they died. Why should I celebrate them if they never fulfilled destiny or have no name which live after them? I rather celebrate the true heroes and heroines who, despite having a very short time to live, fulfilled destiny.

What if I told you that some children who died at ten, fifteen, even at two are better than people who died at seventy, would you believe. Know that it is not about the longevity of life but of deeds and name you've built in the hearts of men that matters.

DEATH IS GAIN. Do not forget I said it.

DON'T YOU EVER GIVE UP

Most times I get knocked down by wearies of life, knocked down to continue. Many a times I just remain down with the torment of defeat and anguish of failure. These times, I blame my trials and debated my existence. I wished I was some other person who was at their prime. These times I always emaciated both physically and mentally.

Getting knocked down is allowed. Yes! Highly allowed. In fact, if you don't ever feel knocked down, check you path to see if you are on the right one because life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes it goes all windy, sunny, rainy and even dusty. But which ever one, it ends up being rosy all the time; that's if you hang on.

Marilyn Monroe quoted, "Sometimes things fall apart so that better things can fall together."

No one who doesn't feel like quitting. And yes, if you quit, you right. But see my friend, you are in pains already, get a reward from it! Your reward is your take home check.

Why give up?

What excuse do you want to give? You are deformed? You have little material to start with? You dont have the time? You are under or over age? You have failed a million times? Yes, but those analyses are too irrelevant to consider and are detrimental to your vision.

Why in a hurry to prove right that you are weak? Oh! You think you are? Maybe you don't know that you were given life because you are strong enough to live it! Now imagine an eagle pacing around like vulture. That's displacement of identity. And who told you that you have failed? LIE! You simply have learnt a new way not to make mistake next time. Life is all about how you see mistakes and what you make out of it.

What is that you think you can't achieve? You think you can't achieve because you have not tried again, again and again. Common! One hit doesn't always drive in the nail. It takes focus, drive, persistence, resistance to falsity, and belief. It takes courage!

Hey what are you waiting for? Stand up! Pick youself up and put yourself together if you are pieces apart, thats how champions behave. Take that first step, take another, the next will be the third, fourth, fifth until you become drenched with zeal and passion.
Go get it!
Rise against heat!
Get a reward from your pain!
Don't you ever stop at something less, its not worth it!
If you get knocked down seven times, stand up eight- that's the Japanese proverb.
Keep moving, don't you ever stop!!!

BEWITCHED KINGDOM: FROM GRACE TO GRASS

Looking at Nigeria's history, without doubt she is a clueless country which lacked the creativity and has no insight on the right step to take away from where she was when the colonial matters left in 1960.

The change mantra, without dissension, has gone beyond it ordinary contextual meaning with the sudden political change in the epoch diary of the West African region of African continent (Nigeria).
Nigeria, since her independence on October 1ST 1960 has been under shackle of corruption, crime, terrorism, and seat-tight syndrome by the callous, myopic and sans visionary leaders as her pilots.

Corruption, without debate is the fatty canker worm that has eaten deep all sectors of Nigeria’s economy as religious organisations are not left untouched.
We need no soothsayer to tell us that corruption has opened doom gate to accommodate destruction of lives and property, embezzlement of refinery sectors’ fund, pipe vandalism, illegal diversion of fund in banking sectors, cyber crime and lack of qualitative education of which no part of the country is left behind.

Without much ado, failure of the Nigerian government to cater for the citizens and the resources which are meant for citizens as dividend of “ Demo crazy” being embezzled or used for personal purpose could be the cause of Boko Haram agitation and Mr. Kanu sorry Biafra agitation.
Any existing country in the world who suffers from this syndrome (corruption) will witness strike and criminal acts which could lead to mass spread of violence and Disestablishmentarianism.

Do we need to argue here that corruption is that Judas who houses rape, homosexuality, bisexuality, heterosexuality, genocide, anti ethnicity, and theft? What about how it nurses examination malpractices and cultism in various institutions today? But sadly, Insurgence and crime today is caused by failure of government to provide jobs for Nigerian graduates holding various degrees; which is abuse of human resources, “Idling their minds and hands, making them the devil’s workshop”.

Let me draw the curtain here with some  should-dos for our government. The drastic solution to these heart-itching social vices affecting the federation is that, stakeholders, government and all states of the federation should work together to providing solution to the following, without being politicized.

1. Creation of jobs and vocational centres to help the masses at large.

2. Creation and rehabilitation of hospitals to include cancer center.

3. Construction of infrastructure and supply of electricity.

4. Recruitment of youths to the various security arms.

I hope this laconic argument and alert will be of drastic change to Nigeria, and the world at large.

WHERE ARE THE YOUTHS???

The Yorubas have a saying, Agbalagba kin wa loja ki ori omo tuntun wo (I do not know if I got my spelling right; my apologies if not), meaning An elder cannot be in the marketplace and watch the head of the child go down.

This has not been our lot in this country. Not only have our elders and leaders allowed the head of the child to go down, they have also trampled on that head. They have refused to fund education. They send their children abroad. They refuse to make our roads motorable while flying with private jets. They make sure death catches up with us in our prime. It is usually the child who buries the elder, but they have turned it the other way round. As a result of this negligence, our society is now plagued with hunger, poverty, unemployment, prostitution, armed robbery, kidnapping, not to mention the dreaded Boko Haram and now agitations here and there.

As if our woes are not enough, some Nigerian youths decide to sell their blue ribbon just because they have been offered messengerial soup dumplings. Youths must learn to show dignity of character and purpose. We must tell our leaders what we expect from them, instead of carrying placards and singing praises with the hope of getting 30 pieces of silver, instead of selling our conscience. At the end of the day, we benefit nothing from our foolishness.
We must begin to take ourselves seriously if ever we want our elders or leaders to respect us. There is nothing stopping a youth from becoming Nigeria's Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports. After all, we, Nigerian youths know and follow sports better than our older folks. Heaven will not fall if a youth is made Minister of Education. We understand education in this country because we went to schools here, so we know the challenges the sector faces.

But will the government be reasonable with us? No.

They still prefer to have someone who went to Harvard, or a politician who, instead of improving the sector, ends up fighting clan battle with the governor of his state. Even the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology needs a youth to head it. We are the masters of the jet age, aren't we? The Information Ministry should also be within the purview of Nigerian youths. Our leaders and elders cannot place a heavy premium on years of experience while we search for jobs, when they do not make any conscious effort to make us gather that experience. This is hypocrisy.

Unfortunately, no Nigerian political party makes any serious efforts to grant Nigerian youths any prominence. You see our youths joining the bandwagon and address themselves with political slogans.

A few examples: TAN, Buharists, Ebelites, Atikukites, etc.

We can't negotiate our future from the position of weakness, but from that of strength and intensity of purpose. We must realize quickly that this country belongs to all of us, not just to a selected few who keep knocking on our doors season after season. Anyone can aspire and become whatever he or she wants to be in this country. If Patience Jonathan can become a permanent secretary in the Ministry of Education, I see no reason why bachelor and master degree holders should be roaming the streets looking for jobs. This is insanity.

In a country like this let the youthfulness in us take us the next level.

TEARS IN MY DAUGHTER'S EYES episode VII

As soon as we dropped Kamsi off at school, I turned to Neche.
"I want to give you a treat."
She wanted to say something. I noticed she wanted to turn my request down. Her gesture betrayed her outrightly. So I spoke up before she picked the right words.
"Please, do not turn it down."
She looked at me, blinked her eyes about twice, and then gradually pulled her sight away from my direction. She muttered as she took a deep breath; "Lets go home.."
The words hit me. She refused. She turned it down despite my plea.
"...to change."
I raised a brow in total surprise, and smiled in satisfaction with the right side of my mouth
"Thank you." I didn't even know when the words dropped from my mouth, though obviously because I was happy.

When we got home, I hurried to open the door to Neche's side of the car. But disappointingly, she did before i got to the door. I helped her close the door pretending that what she just did didn't get to me. As soon as I closed the door, i hurried to open the entrance door before she did again.
"Thank you." She entered with obvious gesture that she didn't need my help.

"I'm tired!" I had no other option than to voice out my frustration. "I'm tired of this cold war!"
Neche turned and looked over her shoulder at my direction with her right foot on the first layer of the staircase. She gave me a mockery smile which told me that I've not seen anything yet.
"Oh! really?" She turned and faced me properly.
Her eyes were fixed on me that I felt entrapped.
"Why are you doing this? Why do you want to break us up?" Cloud of tears was gathering in my eyes.
"Since when did you become a preacher, or let's say a Judge?" She countered.
"I know I messed, and I've apologized countless number of time. Why are you being this hard?'
"Oh! It's about me now right? So I'm now the villain? No..."
"Now, you want to blackmail me emotionally. You know it's not right." I defended.

The argument was hitting up rapidly like this is what we had been waiting for. I wanted it no doubt, i wanted her to spit out all what she had been nursing for long. Our hearts were going farther away from each other, our voices were raised, and tempo was really high when she yelled with every strength she had.

"I'm no longer interested in this marriage!"

That was the peak of it all. My heart leaped into my stomach. i couldn't move or say a word anymore. The only thing that differentiated me from a statue was my pumping heart.

"I'm tired! Just go and leave me alone!" She couldn't hold the tears back from trickling.

I watched her as she ran up the stairs obviously crying. The next thing I heard was the loud bang when she jammed the door close. I collapsed into one of the sofas right there in the sitting room. Something inside of me told me that I've made a progression, at least she had finally spoken out what was lurking up in her heart, but how it ended wasn't a sweet one at all.

As I laid on the sofa almost trying not to breathe, all that was in my head to do was how to make my family even better than how it used to be. What step am I to take next became a mountain to climb. I thought of preparing and taking her breakfast to her in bed, then I remembered I was to give her a treat.

I gently and quietly slid the entrance door of our bedroom open. I walked in quietly. She folded herself in a corner between our large bed and the wall close to the bed in the room.

"I'm so sorry for everything baby, I'm to be blamed for everything no doubt." I was close to her as i apologized.

I placed my hands on her hands which were on her folded knees. It was lovely that she remained calm. It encouraged me to grab her hands to lift her up. To my surprise yet again, she reciprocated, and we hugged. We hugged like we'd not seen each other for years; truly we'd not. We'd be existing but had not lived for each other for several months.

"I love you baby. I really do." I assured her with a kiss on her neck and right earlobe.

I became very careful not to make a wrong move again. If it meant hugging was all she wanted as the treat, it was perfectly okay by me.

"I'm hungry." She cooed.
My heart nearly jumped out of its socket when I heard that. That was the first request from her in a very long time. I knew she just said it, but I shouldn't need a soothsayer to tell me that she wanted me to prepare it for her.
"What will you like to eat?"
"Anything."
"Okay, you mind me carrying you down the stairs?"
She gave a weak smile and just nodded her head to the right and to the left.
I gently pulled her a little away from my body with my hands on her arms. She couldn't look at me as my eyes were fixed on hers. Her eyes rested on my lips, so I guessed she wanted a kiss. I pushed for it and she reciprocated...

TIPS ON HOW TO WRITE IMPROVE YOUR WRITING SKILLS

I have so many things to say about writing, not just because I've made researches about it, but because I write too; and obviously, the more one writes, the better he becomes. I have a few experiences, and have heard and read about others' too. 

Join me in this thrilling ride as I show you magical tips that have improved and developed my writing skills. Mind you, there are many more out there, but trust me, you don't need any more than these for a start.

1. RIGHT USE OF PUNCTUATION MARKS
The right usage of this makes your writing interesting, and will save your work from being ambiguous, even if you use the simplest words. You can do a little study on how to use them, especially the comma, full-stop, colons, and hyphen.
 
2. KEEP WRITING
When creating your first draft, try not stop to proofread your work. To proofread or edit makes u lose the flavor of your work so soon that it could become old even at that early stage. Mind you, creating and editing are two different stages in creative writing, and shouldn't be done at a time. 
Also when doing a long project, a novel, for instance, shut off your internal editor and just write.
Think of your first draft as a complex outline waiting to be expanded upon, and let the words flow. Write the first draft spontaneously. Switch off your internal editor until it is time to review your first draft.
 
3. WRITE DAILY
Just write! No matter how busy you think you are or blank of ideas, remember you want to develop that writing skill. Mark Twain said, “the secret of getting ahead is getting started.” Devote yourself to write for a minimum of twenty minutes daily. Styles in writing are dynamic, and this is the best way to improve or develop yourself. What you write doesn't have to make sense, just write daily. It will expose you to different available styles of writing.
 
4. LEARN TO READ FIRST.
Be a good reader first, it certainly would positively influence the way you write
 
5. PROOFREAD YOUR WORK CAREFULLY.
Proofread or review word for word with patient in your work, to avoid the lost of interest of your reader. You can as well get an editor to always help you out if you are impatient to always do it. Some people even read out their work aloud, it also helps.
 
6. KNOW YOU ARE PRONE TO CRITICISM.
For someone to criticize your work means either he/she wants to ridicule you or expect you to produce a better result. In either case, appreciate the critic, and work hard not to let him/her see a loop that could attract that same criticism. Don't you ever get angry!
 
7. AVOID UNNECESSARY WORDING.
Avoid unnecessary wording, use the appropriate words because your reader could end up being bored of your work. Write like you have just few words to make your point.

8. MAKE YOUR WORDS AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE.
Write in a simple but interesting way. Express your views with most appropriate words, having in mind who your readers are.
 
9. HAVE A MENTOR
Have and read the works of great writers who you have as mentors for inspiration. If you read them enough, their excellent writing style will rub off on you, and you could even end up writing like them. Maturity in writing will restructure their styles of writing to give you something unique.
YOU ARE what you read (and write!).

10. ADOPTION IS ALLOWED
Don’t shy away from adopting the good habits that other writers use.
Do not worry about the length of the article as long as it conveys the point. Of course, the fewer words you use, the better.
Start the article with a short sentence, not more than 8-10 words.

11. BE FOCUS
It is tempting I must confess here that you could want to digress a little to buttress a point, but see yourself finding it difficult to retrace your step. Being focus on the topic you are writing on will help you a great deal.
 
12. AVOID LONG SENTENCES
Avoid long sentences. The reason for this is that, long sentences could get boring along the line. Try as much as possible to make them short.

13. HAVE A PLOT
If you’re writing fiction, it’s a great idea to have a plot. It will coordinate your thoughts and add consistency to the text.
 
14. EDIT YOUR OLDER PIECES
Edit your older articles and pieces. You will notice that great part of it will be crap, and it will allow you to refine your style and avoid mistakes that you used to make.

15. KNOW YOU ARE A SOURCE
This last tip is very important. Always have this known that your readers seek what you have.They seek for knowledge from a source, YOU.

Judge me and be judged by divinity,

Hate me and die,  

Trust in me and be misled,

Look at me and see nonentity,
Listen to me and be deceived,
Believe in me and receive heartbreak,
Talk with me and be foolish,
Stay with me, waste your time,
Be my friend and be doomed,
Love me? love the devil instead.

I'm not God. Do all those to and with God and be happy. But don't you ever judge Him...

Trust no one, it's a fact.
Call me evil because of my confession,
But know Jesus' words count,
Avoid me when I'm angry, you may go to hell,
Only pains causes anger when one cries,
And happiness, even worse than anger if not curtailed,
Feel the pains of failure, so you'll know success is not inherited.

Talk less to a weeping wife, for she still can hear.
Make a man happy by blinding his eyes,
But fools will go spiritual instead of psychological.
Love not a bittered child except you can love,
Remember, there's a thin line between love and hate.
Don't fight when you can love,
Don't be scared when you are the man with the gun,
Don't be sentimental when you have both the yam and the knife,
Don't cry when you can still laugh,
Don't give up when there is hope,
Don't love when you are broken,
Don't die when there is still life,
Quit living when it's night.

Learn from the rain,  you don't see its source but the effect,
Teach only what you do, trust me I've been there.
Don't fight when you can walk away,
But never you walk away when the bull's horn is within reach.

Don't think life is as serious as it seems,
Only in death will you know that it's all worthless.
Be patient, don't try to be God when you are just a mere man,
Let God be God and man be man.
Why kill to defend when you have love as a tool?
But don't be foolish to call a spade a spade, 
Because there are still wolves in sheep clothing.

Now, I've been writing facts about life. I've taught myself most of them and still learning to be an expert in believing and doing some. But here is a fact;

Whether or not I believe and do them, they are real and applicable.

Don't be foolish not to do the right thing, but mind you, not everything that's right and acceptable is actually a good thing to do.

WEAKNESS IN THE MIND

He was full of life and strive.
He protected, fought and could drive
Fathers, mothers, children and friends off their lives,
Leaving their bodies lay on the ground as empty as a groom without a wife.
He was ruthless, fearless, brave, ambitious, daring and wise
But not until he met this family of five 
He just reduced to one.
His strength and zeal were drained,
He looked helpless like a dog restricted by a chain.
His mission was flooded by the rain
Of self pity when he saw deep pain
In her eyes as she wailed.
Her tears were as thick like that of Christ,
Because they obstructed her sight
and dazzled her for a while.
With his dangling riffle clung on to his right arm,
He became a civilian for once.
Too emotional to be a soldier.
"Sergeant Dominic, do you copy? Do you copy?..."
The headpiece which hung on his ear was saying, fighting with network.

She was the lone survivor
With the color of blood as her new complexion.
She saw her papa dance involuntarily to the tune of death.
Her papa's hold of her got weaker as he gasped for air.
Bullets from the riffle dug holes on his back.
For once her papa lost hope in his breath
As he swam deep in his own pool of blood.
Her mama and two elder brothers were long gone before her papa.
All bearing the mark of the soldier's bullet.
Before a twinkle of an eye, she transcended
Into a woman; a dangerous woman with a bitter facet.
As dangerous as the bear which just lost her cubs.

Standing in front of her, he knew one thing;
"She was seeing an arch-enemy"
An enemy who had just snapped life out of her family.
He knew she would revenge sooner than later
If she saw a second more after his departure.
She was a girl from the north,
They feed them with revenge even before they were born.
And now she has nothing to lose when she is gone.
He felt his pistol resting in the pouch on his waist .
He thought it wise to be an option,
An option to amalgamate her to her family.
But he needed to show his remorse.
Decisions gurgling through his mind.
His right hand raised up to the his gun pouch,
His expertise was seriously in doubt, 
He couldn't look into her eyes but her mouth.
Her mouth shivered and trembled in fear.
She muttered some words that died right before they escaped lips.
Maybe those were her last words he thought to himself.
He flipped the pouch open,
The radio wave in his earpiece was a distinct noise he heard.
The girl's heart beat doubled, even tripled.
Her mouth was left ajar unconsciously as she saw the greatest evil of her life.
He held the gun's handle,
Brought it out and pointed it at the girl against his wish.
He tried being a soldier by all means.
Just then, a loud gunshot was heard...
"Sergeant Dominic, we need to get out of here..."
The earpiece informed.
All by himself in the helicopter as they flew back home,
Nothing mattered to him but the choice he made.
"...You made it...!" The speaker sounded, it was their boss...

"EVERYONE FEELS WEAK ONCE IN A WHILE!!!" He admitted.

"Congratulations!" the soldier in the helicopter shook his right hand in appraisal...
