I just want to be as plain and raw as never.
This is what I've come to believe. It's a fact; a fact untold and unseen. Nobody preached me into the belief, it dawned on me. So do not fight me if you can't see it, just pray for eyes to see, and heart to understand.
I've obviously heard and seen people die. It's always so pathetic to see the loved ones of the deceased cry and wish they could bring back to life the dead, that's if it is always from their heart.
DEATH is simply inevitable. The terrible thing about death most people think is that it comes when one is not expecting it. So they paint DEATH as evil, mutilate her name, and finally pass on the inhumane belief to the next generation.
I asked myself some days back, "Is DEATH actually good or evil?"
DEATH ends lives, yes I know;
It hurts loved ones of the deceased and makes them cry, yes I know;
Where dead people are laid (the mortuary) is the richest place with unfulfilled destinies, yes I know;
It separates two friends for life, yes I know;
It doesn't give someone a second chance to live, yes I know:
But do you also know that DEATH is a good teacher just like life?
Now it sounds awkward right? I will explain, just read on.
When we were little, after being told a story of the death of a step wicked mother or someone who had a bad behaviour or character in a fairy tale, we were always asked what we learnt in the story. I'm sure your guess would be the same as mine what would be the first lesson learnt.

A very vibrant young man I used to know fell and collapsed when he stood up to ask a question in class. It was rumoured that his death was as a result of sleeplessness, he was having very little sleep. It accumulated and knocked him down when he least expected it.
His death made his wife a widow at a very tender age, and made his children fatherless too soon after their existence: yes, true. But most people used that incidence to start checking their Blood Pressures, having plenty of rest just not to become a victim, and some actually learnt that there is nothing to life than having your eyes opened for some few years and then it would be told that "once upon a time, they once lived." Then why the stress?

I don't cry anymore when people die, I rather ask myself a question;
"Did the deceased live to fulfill destiny?"
If a man has fulfilled all that's needed of him, then why still live? He has nothing more to live for, in fact, he is indebted to death; to start a new race. Not everyone will certianly see old age, that's why I laugh at people who pray not to die young; well people pray amiss.
I wonder why people celebrate only those who were stricken in age when they died. Why should I celebrate them if they never fulfilled destiny or have no name which live after them? I rather celebrate the true heroes and heroines who, despite having a very short time to live, fulfilled destiny.
What if I told you that some children who died at ten, fifteen, even at two are better than people who died at seventy, would you believe. Know that it is not about the longevity of life but of deeds and name you've built in the hearts of men that matters.
DEATH IS GAIN. Do not forget I said it.
